I read this website that any deduction for shared care can only be made if overnight access is at the same place as he is resident but I can't find on CSA literature anywhere that states that. is that correct? (basically if it is my CSA assessment is wrong)

I think it means that they have to be in the same place - not necessarily at his home address, but not left in someone elses care in their home while he works, for instance?
