Anyone been through a CSA tribunal?

Do you know whether financial evidence (bank statements etc) provided to the tribunal by the NRP are then provided to the RP?

nope csa do it all, and the court decided. They are not gonna give you access to his confidential stuff. That said, the court decided in my favour and it still took the csa 18 months to get cash, they had to send bailiffs to take his vehicle before he agreed to pay. And the amount? £19.71 a week.
