I went to csa a few months ago, not out of malice but ds isn't cheap to bring up. Exp was fully aware.

The case was made sensitive. I have no idea why and they wouldn't tell me. I called exp several times thinking maybe he knew...no answer, no callback.

I finally spoke to him today...he was furious, thought i'd told the csa he was violent. I never did any such thing. He wasn't and isn't.

It turns out they wouldn't tell him because of data protection, same with me.

So what the flying fuck are they playing at?

No idea, but contact your local MP and ask him/her to put a rocket up them.

twatting if your ex has another child (?) and the mum of that child has flagged up DV issues then it would automatically put a 'sensitive' marker on your case too...
may not be the case, but is one reason for it happening.

Really MissKeithLemon? Shock. He does have another child with one of the women he was involved with after our split. I became good pals with the first gf he had after we seperated, and the partner he has now seems really nice, I dont have a bad word to say about her. But the one he had said child with was a screeching harpy of a woman, total liar and a bitch. It wouldn't surprise me at all if she'd marked him up with dv. If that's the case, how bloody unfair...the woman is nothing to do with me.

I dont want to get flamed for saying that but I know her through mutual friends and family and she is NOT a nice person.

yes twatting - its probably not the only reason it could happen, given the huge amount of incompetence to be found within the csa; but is definitely one reason for it.
