I'm printing out the csa form & was looking through it & realised that im not sure if what i have will help. I may be having his address (he wants to send me a written letter saying he doesnt want to see DD. Dont ask where that came from) His other half text me telling me he has a new number but doesnt want me to have it, so is it worth giving csa the number i have from him? Also if i dont get his address & his number is wrong, what info can i give them?

He is on benefits so that will help them i guess but the only other person i know who has close contact with him is obviously his soon to be wife. But i cant put her number on the "further information" section can i?

Don't see why not.

Have you got his NI number by any chance?

I guess all you can do is give the details you have.

No, his wife-to-be is irrelevant to your claim. The csa won't deal with a third party.

No I don't have his NI number. But his wife to be has direct contact to him & the address he gives me might not even be his it could be hers.

All they need is his name and DOB and they can get his ni number from that. They are dwp so if he is on benefits they can get his address off their system.

I'd give his wife's number as an alternate home contact number.
