Due in Court soon as xh wants more access to children - on a good day he says he'll work at "our" pace, on a bad he wants everything his own way - hence wasting everyone's time and money taking me to Court!!! He gets access, albeit a small amount and have never stopped this even though I would feel justified if I did because of his temper outbursts!
Really getting stressed out. Just keeping my fingers crossed that they wont award him too much more access straight away after all the harrassment/bullying/abh/aggressive behaviour in front of the children etc.
Anyone been through this process - can you tell me what happens and how I need to prepare myself?
