I didnt know where to put this thread so i put it here as im a lone parent.
I have been waiting for a call from a landlord about a house i viewed with him 2 weeks ago. He mentioned he was going away from the area & would ring me when hes back on the 1st april (last sunday) i havent heard anything from him. He was unsure on whether to rent the house out when i viewed it & now im wondering if hes still unsure on renting it out. I really want this house. I was recommended to him by my friend (who lives next door to the house) & she has mentioned me to him for 2 years. Should i ring the landlord or should i leave it until school is back on on the 16th april?

I'd ring - if he's dithering then it won't make a difference, and if he has lost your number/forgotten you then it will. Good Luck!

Yeah, just call, it's no big deal and you are hanging on while things may have changed. Just ask the question. :)
