Hi there my friend is a lone parent with three children the eldest one being 14 and major issues and falsely accusing her mom of hitting her so social services came with police and removed all three children! dc 6 months and nine. That was three months ago and after meeting and dc saying she made it up sc still not returned children and have been deciding everything made up minds including gaurdien and seem to decide what to do before it even gets into court and judge listens to them and friend don't get a chance to say anything solicitor is useless sc went to court yesterday and asked judge to reduce visit for the 10 month old and 9 year old because it's cold out! Wtf and judge agreed friend not even get a chance to say anything sw has it in for her real snotty. An hasn't even been out in weeks she has clear drugs test and clean home before anyone thinks otherwise no one seems to listen can't find any help and have put complaints in weighting but nothing as all are taking sw and ss word for everything. I went through paperwork last night and couldn't sleep due to worrying for her as she has learning difficulties and only now is it starting to sink in for her that's something is not right. So it's down to me and I don't know what to do Any one have any ideas of what to do??? Social services seem not to be following protocol I've found on web sites but no one listening no one seems to govern theese people and they seem to do as they please

I've heard that the Family Rights Group are an excellent source of support and advice in such circumstances.

Change solicitor asap and contact FASO www.false-allegations.org.uk/ who are a support organisation for those affected by false abuse allegations.

Have you seen all reports? Very unlikely that any judge would agree care orders on children on say so of a 14 year old. They still have to show evidence of her being an unfit parent to the judge.
You need to get her a new lawyer and also get in contact with advocacy groups as she should have an advocate if she has a learning disability that effects her levels of understanding.

Right I've been intouch with her solicitor and they have agreed to talk with me and her once they have a letter giving permission and apparently she had an advocate in with her yesterday in court but as I say she doesn't know what's going on and that just proves it. Until I talk with solicitor I can't do much more so thank you all for your advice. X
