Contact for my ds was arranged with court to be once a month at a contact centre as long as it is supervised. ds went 3 weeks ago and I have been told there is another session this week. My solicitor is ill and I cannot talk to her. Would I be in breech of court order not to take him when it says once a month if there is only 3 weeks between these sessions??
What p's me off is that ex is getting away with changing the rules and I have agreed to everything within reason up to now. His solicitors have told the contact superviser that the time is to increase by 1/2 an hr each time when the order states clearly it is up to the contact supervisor.
Aaaaaaaaaaaaaarrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrgggggggggggggggggghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!
Sorry but I feel slightly calmer now.

I don't know the legal answer Irkids, but do you really want to go into battle about a supervised visit that is one week earlier than it should be? I'm not suggesting that you shouldn't - you may not want to set a precedent - particularly if he is the type to take advantage, but you may want to save your battles for bigger things.
It sounds like you have a horrible battle with your ex anyway - I hope things improve for you.

i personally wouldnt take ds until the 4th week and if your ex aint there then tough!im awaiting going through all this at the mo. my ex has only seen my ds over a 7week period since he was born 15months ago and then stuffed that up so meant to be having contact in a centre but im refusing until he starts paying the maintenance again. hes a teacher on £33,000 and reduced the payments from 300 to 100.....men are assess!id also get your solicitor to write to his complaining about the change of time lenght for visits

My dh had to see his dd in a contact centre a couple of times. The centre wasn't open every Sunday, so the dates he saw her were dictated by their opening times.
