My dd has had chicken pox this week. She didn't go for her contact on Saturday - ex had ds on his own as she was feeling poorly. Normally when they go on a Saturday he buys them magazines and sweets but because dd didn't go to him he didn't get her anything. I'm not really keen on him buying them stuff all the time but I did think that perhaps as she was unwell at the weekend it might have been nice for him to get her something to cheer her up. Then this week he hasn't even bothered to text to see how she is.
Also p'd off as he's gone to see his family in Ireland this week and missed his midweek contact. He went over last month and he is going over for Christmas. He is not working, therefore not paying maintenance yet he can afford flights every month. And by doing this he's not even making himself available for work (he says he's trying to get supply work).
And yet he constantly goes on about how much he cares about his kids.
Just needed to get that off my chest!
