Tonight I made an apple pie and banana bread. Sounds keen but really had to do it cos the contents of the fruit bowl were going off!
I am going to teach myself how to make some sugar flowers - nothing fancy but just cute ones that will sit on a fairy cake (sorry, hate the cup cake craze).
I want to put some on a xmas market stall I'm doing so am making my eyes ache watching vids on youtube and looking at these amazing womens' websites!

I do the million jobs I can't do when they're awake, and then eventually I sit down and have tea and watch TV. I can honestly say that I have never been bored.

I have lots of hobbies - I paint, make crafts, bake, watch films and TV, read a bit, phone friends, occasionally get an early night, potter around organising things, I spend quite a lot of time on the internet. Have you tried Pinterest? it's brilliant for inspiration. I wish there was more time in the evening to do all the things I love doing.

I thought I was so alone, until I cam on this thread! I'm not the only mummy feeling like a saddo watching tv, playing on internet and doing housework every night! I sometimes wonder about getting a babysitter, then wonder what I would do if I did? All my old friends have drifted away, my confidence is shot and all I have to talk about is my baby! Feel like a right saddo!

I have just started a part time HNC, so.. Studying, playing the piano, watching tv, and I make patchwork quilts/cushions etc to sell, so I do that too. Sometimes wish they went to bed earlier! But then littlest starts nursery after Christmas so I will have a couple of hours of a morning available too :-)
