wondering if any one here as ever complained to the CSA and whether they received a satisfactory outcome from it?
They have mishandled my claim and due to them not processing some thing in September 2010 - I am not receiving any money, and they cant progress the claim til some thing gets done, but the only time they do any thing is when i ring weekly to spur them on.
im fed up with it :(
