Hi,

Does anyone know if the CSA can deduct maintenance if exH decides to fail a fourth degree course go back to university?

Full time students don't pay child maintenance.

Thank you, I thought that may be the case when he announced that was what he was doing. I suspect he's just being deliberately vindictive an arse an idiot again and has no intention of going back to uni.
