I'm doing mine by post in future. All this faffing about with 'can we confirm your identity' by using info we've obtained from an unverified outside source. Who the heck gave this outside source permission to collect info about me and how do I/they even know it is correct?!
I certainly didn't volunteer the info, and if they've gleaned my phone number, whether I'm a Miss/Ms/Mrs/Mr etc from other companies it will be wrong as I don't give out my details and avoid filling in any box that isn't actually essential to my online purchase etc.
And no I don't want to set up a password, I've been on the phone and paying for the priveledge of being on hold and these security checks for quite long enough already!
And breathe...
