Does anyone know if the child maintenence payments I receive from my ex, would affect the amount of jobseekers, income based benefit I receive? I get £27.50 joseekers per week, as I earn £60 per week, from my part-time job. However my ex, currently gives me approx £130 per week child support. I dont get housing benefits, as I have a mortgage, but the interest is paid by jobseekers.
