Am just wondering about this we split and xh saw the kids rgulary one day a week his choice and he always wantd one of my older dc along to help (ds1 aND DS2 not his ) but then he got involved in a situation where the consequences ment he could not see the kids even he agreed that it was not safe.( he got involved ith 16 yo which ended in him being assulted also his frinds at th time were knon to the police for assult,drink and drugs issues
but he refused to move few miles away so in the end because the children was suffering bullying because of what xdh had done i moved away .were about 45 mins away
Once things calmed down court etc not us he had to appear .By this point he had stopped bothering with contact .
then a hile back he got solictor to write saying wanted contact .I said fine but needs to be slow as ds 3 has sn and not seen his dad for over 18 months .and that it be good if xh ould actually talk to me refused to anser mails,phone etc .His solictor suggested medation I agreed thought was good idea he refused wanted me to rite letter telling bhim how to deal with ds and then just hand them over for the day
so since he refused to discuss medation he lost legal aid and that was it the solictor sent reports from ds 3 drs that i beeen sending her to pass to xh as i have no adress for him oh and xh declines to attend any of them including gentics
so that was it for months nothing but feeling he is about to gear up again .I am happy to go ith medation and slow introduction to contact but since he ont acknoledg calls emails and have no address for him .
if he insists on court ( he may or he may decide he cant be arsd depending on how busy his life is ).How would a court look on the fact he will not attend meidation or even discuss with me how we can sort contact i have made it clear that i am willing
