Has anyone signed up to this? The Direct Gov website is very vague :-) I'm asking as my local bus company are offering £20 off a monthly pass for at least a year if you can prove you're on the scheme. Thanks

Right that will teach me to BF and type - I deleated the bit where I asked what it is? and are there any downsides?
