Being a lone parent can be a lonely life, so what things do you do to brighten your day, what things do you give yourself as a treat, suppose what I am really asking is how do you appreciate yourself?

OP posts:
Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

what's yours?

I've rediscovered the joys of a good book, something I never had time to indulge in before.

Ive started going to karate. I've wanted to do it for ages but could never commit to a class because of STBXH.

Just bought myself new clothes the first ones in about two years!!! Ditto the good book, baths, choccy, wine/soda combi and ensuring I see my friends one on one as often the weeks can fly by in work/mum stuff.
