Contacted CSA Nov 2010 about arrears and have received 2 payments - 1 x £5; and 1 x £150. Called CSA today enquiring about next payment as thought was overdue only to be told my ex is now claiming benefits and am now entitled to £5 per week!!!

I am so angry n mad n frustrated. He had payment of £10k from me in court divorce settlement Dec 2010; £0k for me.

He is a knob and a horrible person and I would love to kick him very hard a few times.at least Rant over

so thats £10 a fortnight......i get that too from my ex for our 4 dc.....£1.25 a week each!

Yes same, I wonder what I will spend the money on .
I try and be positive etc most of the time; but today I would get so much satisfaction from a few well aimed kicks at his scaly old body

If he got £10k in December, ring the benefits office and tell them. I'm not sure what the limit for savings is, but it might be that having (or squandering) £10k is not permitted with whatever benefits he is claiming.

Have contacted CSA who have advised me to contact Benefit Fraud hotline which am going to do in next 5mins

He is allowed a certain amount of savings. If he got this money a few months ago I dare say he is well under the limit now - I think he is allowed £3k.He would only need to buy himself a car or something and he would have spent most of it!

Ex's like this should be forced to GET A JOB!!! I only get £20 a month yet ex continues to bang on about DD needing a new coat or shoes ect. Well get off your big fat a**se and help pay for them!! Clearly he has no idea how much a pair of Clarks shoes costs these days!!

Called the benefit fraud hotline and have reported him. Feel slightly less angry. Few glasses of vino tonight and a good rant with my friends should help. What would really help to make me feel better would be if he got run over by a bus - n I was driving it

Why limit it to a bus? Any vehicle will do!!!

that would be an idea - a covert killing ex machine. each person seeking revenge could drive the machine when killing their ex for maximum satisfaction and release of anger [big grin]
