.... since splitting up with my STBXH I have taken up karate, am really enjoying it and would recommend other women try it.
It is very good for toning up, core strength and stamina but also you get to hit men with sticks and the ask you to do it harder (lol)!
Honestly, it is one of the best things I have done aside from kicking STBXH out, try it, you might like it :)
