I have put in a claim with the CSA and last week my EXH told me that he had to send off payslips about 2 weeks ago.
How long does the caqlculation usually take them from that and how do I get it taken direct from his wages??
He wont keep up payments otherwise

It took 3.5yrs for CSA to catch up with my EXP but that wasn't a straight forward case he didn't want to be found & as he ignored all letters & there attempts to contact him there wasn't anything they could do. He made a half hearted attempt to pay for just over a year irregular payments etc then went off the radar again thats when a deductions from earnnings order was issued haven't had any problems since. Touch wood!
