Hi just wondered if anyone knows if my ex can get a free DNA test done on my second child ? He is on benefits and gets legal aid for solicitors etc.

If your going through the csa and he denies parentage they will arrange a dna test. He will need to pay the cost back though, but I think they will take a small amount from his benefits to do this.
