Can i ask what maintenance payments you get from your ex?

I dont mean to be nosey, but i think my ex might not be paying as he should, we have 3 children together and we are very amicable BUT i wouldnt put it past him to not pay as much as he should! We initially went through the CSA and it was decided he should pay around £330 per month for all 3 of them. But this was 3 years ago, and he has since changed jobs and i dont know how much he's on, but when he got his new job he was given a very big pay rise! My trouble is if i go back to CSA he will hear about it and see his arse, and i really dont want any rows - he has temper issues! What should i do? Should i just leave it? Should i call CSA anyway and see whats what? TIA x

Well he's going to hear about it one way or another unless you leave it as it is.

Just ring the CSA and ask them to reassess as your ex's circumstances have changed and you believe he should be paying more.

Otherwise your alternative is to ask him and trust he pays what he should. And if he hasn't offered so far do you think actually will...?
