Ex pays maint for our children, agreed when we split and no issues. Not through CSA.
BUT, that was a while ago now, and it is likely that his salary has increased, so really it needs reviewing.
What do others do about this?

All you can do is approach him, either in person or writing, explaining that it has been a while since the agreement was made and you would like to reassess the amount taking into account any changes in circumstances. Depending on how you want the figure worked out, either point him in the direction of the CSA online calculator to work out a suitable amount or ask him to make an offer for a reassessed amount. Whether you decide to take him up on the offer is up to you.
