bored of being a lone parent!!

soo bored of this day in day out!
my daughters 6 and i have a 7 month old not the life i want!! z

It is monotonous and lonely. Having a small baby is really hard anyway, let alone when you are doing it solo. Do you have any support?

Know how you feel I feel so isolated sometimes. I divorced over 6 years ago and Im still having problems with my X. I get so down I just spend my time sitting in front of the TV when my childs in bed and then eat out of boredom and I cant seem to break the cycle though I know I have to otherwise Im gonna end up huge!

Weird thing is I had the opportunity to go out tonight as my childs on a sleepova but because I havent been out for ages I feel I dont know where to start - plus I feel so frumpy.

Know how you feel.
I have been on my own for nearly 6 yrs and i have 4 DC ages 13,11,6 & 7.
I hate evenings once they are all in bed but still stay up too late because i hate going to bed knowing i will still be alone.

I sit watching TV/MNing and eating too. Have put on too much weight lately but can't seem t stop.

No family nearby to help out/visit which makes it worse.

Hey girls, have any of you tried elderflower cider, it's really refreshing and great for that saturday night feeling, perhaps next weekend you could try a couple, illegally download a few films (did that with 'kings speech'] great film by the way, get a few girls round, just have a good time......
