o.k, not always possible but for the first time in my life its a priority and thats brilliant! Ex has just picked up smallest dc, other 2 dc at friends house and I've just realised that wow, I'm alone and yes, dc are getting bigger and its getting easier. I went from an abusive childhood to a bad marriage, always alone with 3 wonderful dc and finally managed to leave ex over a year ago. But freedom at first is hard, especially abroad with no help, money etc. So I guess this rambling thread is just about celebrating I've made it, I love having time for me again and a thank-you to being able to read Lone Parents threads in my sadder days, it kept me sane-Happy New Year!
