New to mumsnet, anyone from Barnsley/yorkshire

New single mum to ds 10 years, live in Barnsley. I work part time and love going out with and without ds, looking to meet and chat with other mums, would be great to hear from anyone out there, not sure how mumsnet works yet or which threads to go on so any advise would be appreciated

I'm in Mapplewell. Theres a couple of others in Barnsley. Trace2 in Royston and Cuffyj who I think is in Royston too.

We have meet ups every so often as there are lots of other mumsnetters in yorkshire.
