WTF? Just rung ex and he says he knows nothing about it (hmmmmm, whether to believe him) and CSA are not answering the bloody phone!

Clearly it is a mistake but it just ANNOYS me.

I wonder if your x filled in forms saying he had your dd for so many hours a week so you end up owing him csa?

Caligula · 29/09/2005 13:28

Don't bother ringing them, write. A first class letter will get to them tomorrow and can't be as ignored as a phone call, particularly if you say that you want a response within 7 days or you will complain.

GeraldGiraffe · 29/09/2005 13:30

charliecat- can't see how/ why he wouldd have done that and thought he could get away with it, he hasn't seen her for at least a year.

i feel sure it is just a mistake and as soon as i write they will change it.

Send it recorded.

Am going to, i have enough experiences with letters mysteriously never arriving at teh DSS to have any faith in the system!

Am writing now.

Actually- if i email don't they have to respond to that?

I find that if I write two more letters within 2 weeks (so three in three weeks, with the original ones attached) and the third is cc'ed to my MP, the third one arrives.

Funny that.

C- fab idea!

GeraldGiraffe - I wouldn't bother emailing as a response is not guranteed - I emailed them sometime ago and never got an acknowledgement or response
