H has just walked out on us - not sure how I will cope with the day. Will only be me, my father & baby. Worried xmas hols will just drag on

You sound very sad. Christmas is hard for many people for lots of different reasons. Put a reminder on your mobile phone for when you wake every morning saying "I am a great mum and love my baby dearly" every morning this will bring a smile to your face. Every time you look at your child just remind yourself just how lucky you are to have your child with you. Buy yourself something really nice for Christmas.
