My new man met my children today and it really could not have gone any better, it is a huge relief and such a milestone. I am soooooo relieved!!!

What did they think of him?

Well, he was 'the one that got away' as I went out with him prior to meeting my ex 14 years ago. There is an emotional history there, will explain if you are interested!

So he moved back to the area and we met as friends, then I split with DH in August and we have been 'seeing' seeing each other since then. So I suppose not very long in real terms, since March platonically but the past means a fair while really

The kids liked him, he came under the guise of helping me do a job at the house so he met them, talked to them and played with them for a couple of hours. I was more concerned for him as he has no kids and I have 3 full on kids now but he was brill!!!!!
