...having a 'thing' with another woman? I was having a conversation with a friend today who is so sick of making the wrong choices in men that she is seriously considering trying it. Which again got me thinking (I'm doing a lot of that today) how many women have actually thought about it? Out of curiosity, or disappointment with their relationships so far, or whatever other reason. Or would anyone even dare admit it?

No. Never considered it, although I'm so sick of men that I can't see myself ever having another relationship!

Women make great friends, but how can you decide to have a 'thing' with someone of the same sex if you've never been physically attracted to them? (And vice versa - can't imagine a disenchanted lesbian wanting to have a 'thing' with a man.)

Wouldn't you need to be bisexual in the first place to consider that? (Even if that bisexuality is latent?)

In which case, go for it!

ahh, sprinkle, that reminds of the day i was asked for my number by a woman.

i was late for work and got out of teh car with a face like thunder. as i was walking past a few cars this woman hung out of her car and said "excuse me, can i have your number" i just thought she was a bit confused so said no. then she went on "i jsut want to chat to ya, you know, get to know you. no funny business." still i said no. got into work still thinking she was just a bit confused, told colleagues about the strange woman in car park only to find taht her partner was in for a meeting with the manager, she heard the lot and stormed out to teh car with an even worse face than i had arrived with. they didn't come back Blush

Don't think you'd necessarily have to be bisexual, but you'd have to be bicurious. And then I guess you'd find out if you were bisexual or not!
