I've just been looking up dating websites for parents... yes, I should be getting an early night as another hectic week ahead but oh well! Anyway, one thing that's puzzling me is the a lot of the guys signed up for parent's websites don't seem to have any children - creeps?!?! It doesn't stop there though: one guy posted a picture of him with a girl. Now, how likely is he to get a lot of interest??? I was about to give up when I came across Mr Richie2001 - if you get a chance to look him up on parentsdate. co.uk , do so. Never mind what he's got to say. His picture alone is worth the effort - although me being slightly cynical things that the actual person looks NOTHING like the guy in the photo!
BTW: anyone with a single Jamie Oliver look-alike in the vicinity, please do send him my way!

Quite a few of the smaller dating sites use the same back end database. Only the front end you see is different.

So whilst you have signed up to a site thinking its just for single parents, he might have signed up to swingersdate.co.uk or something like that!

They do it so they have a critical mass. Ie. When you do your initial search you have loads of men to seemingly choose from.

Yuk! That's horrific!!! I think the bit of information has put me off dating sites for good. Thank you for the explanation though. :-)

I've heard Match.com is good.

I used to use POF which is like swimming in shark infested waters. As long as you have shark repellent then its fine.

I didnt have any trouble on pof but it can be daunting .

Some sites definitely share info as niceguy says. Not all tho
