Help where do I start?

ExH and I separated in November last year and have settled into single parenting with a few hiccoughs (dd16 ds 13). Mainly i am struggling to keep afloat and ExH spends money on them like water. He has met a new woman and introduced her to the kids. She seems nice and wants a relationship with them, so for that i am grateful.
Now where do I start trying to meet new partner? signed up for plenty o fish but no real interest.
Where have you all met new partners? Feel I am ready to start again, but where?

Hi, I tried OK Cupid, which is free, Guardian Soulmates and My Single Friend were a complete waste of time for me though. I met my 'boyfriend' (we met only two weeks ago so I hesitate to use the term already) on Lovestruck, but that probably works best for those of us in London. At least OK Cupid and Plenty of Fish are nationwide.

I also joined Spice, they have groups all over. It's a social rather than dating organisation but I prefer it to sitting indoors waiting for some guy to email me.
