hi my dd has a 4m old son ,hesfathersperm doner saw him being born,hes only seen him a few times ,he does not like his name too ,anyhow the csa has been on her case ,so she asked his mum for his address and she gave it to her but was not sure of the right door number ,so she asked his other grannie and she said my ddd has to prove his the dad Angryyou have only to see both of them they are the spit of each other ,so who pays for the dna test !!

the csa will do it if he contests paternity but they will make him pay if he is the father and her pay if he is not.

If the CSA are involved them leave it all up to them. Your DD does not have to prove who the father is, it is up to the named father to prove he is not. So he can challenge parentage (and your DD would have to go along with the testing or would loose her CSA claim)

Yep sprouts :o - that is exactly what happened in my case.

Never did get that apology though...... good job I wasn't holding my breath!
