Having been with exP for 11 yrs and 2 Dds, I have left him.
He was made redundant and was claiming a joint JSA for us both. I went to job centre and was told to claim Income Support, which I did, I text him and told him he had to do a change of circumstance form, which he said he had, now after 4 weeks and chasing non stop i have been informed that he hadn't after all and that as he was claiming still for me I cant get my money !
After 6 hours in the local JC today I have now been told I can now claim from the last day he signed meaning I am loosing just over 3 weeks money !! Surely this cant be right!! he has been banking and spending my money without my knowledge and me and the 2 girls are left with nothing !
Has anyone else had this prob if so how do i deal with it I'm at my wits end !!!
