Our divorce is proceeding based on his adultery, which he has never admitted to me except via a solicitor.
We sold our house, I received slightly more than 50% of equity in order to house me and 2 dc, as I earn a lot less.
I am not allowed to go near his house to collect the dc, he insists on him or one of his family doing all the ferrying. His family however, have been banned from entering my house by him.
When our dd was in hospital recently, he refused to speak to me regarding visiting, only spent a night at her beside when I was exhausted after 4 nights there,but his young foreign gf was also there to spend the night in the ward.
He refused to pass on any medical info he received when I was not there.
Basically he is behaving as though I have betrayed him. Is this normal?
How do I deal with it? Even the dc think it is ridiculous that I cannot go in his street!
