because I have decided to start dating again! Not actually got anyone to go on a date with mind but from now on I'm open to offers.

Just thought I'd share this with you Grin. I have joined a dating website and I shall keep you updated if you're interested.

I am not desperate I should like to point out- I am just looking for a bit of fun to begin with.

Hi Supercherry, Good for you, why not join us on the intereting and fit thread, lots of us on there tryng to get out dating!

Thanks Elastamum I think I will. Good news! I have date lined up for mext week- a man I had spoken to on this dating website a few months ago but I don't think I was quite ready at the time to take the plunge.

I messaged him this morning and he messaged me back already asking me out for coffee next week :)

It's a good feeling; being ready again. I decided I was ready a few days ago. Enjoy the date. Hope it goes well and remember to have fun.

Elastamum, where do I find the tread that you mentioned...off on a date this weekend after getting royally dumped. I've done a lot of window shopping so far, but once they ask for a date I'm off like a shot, but determined that I'm going to pick up the courage, thought that i had met someone really nice a couple of weeks back but bad timing etc...

I'm so rubbish at this, I've had a look but it seems to have died out in Jan this year, I looked for it in search, but I'll have another look see..

I have a date tomorrow. I contacted him through eharmony a couple of days ago so we'll see how that goes. I've had a couple of other dates but nothing has come of them. I'm not complaining though because at least I've have a couple of nice nights out.
