Emergency housing

I would like to return to the UK with DD (I am a British citizen). Ex is currently remanded into custody for attacking me, we have joint custody of DD and I need the permission of court to return to the UK. However, permission is unlikely to be granted without a place to stay in UK. I am estranged from my family and friends can't help. My current position is precarious, if Ex is jailed we will probably lose the house and we will be homeless or he is released and I will be going to a shelter.

Is there anyway I could secure emergency housing in the UK, I am desperate and need to get away from Ex and his family. Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

as you are British citizen you have all you rights to housing etc etc....try and bring documentation about the case then straight to the council apply for emergency housing, if dd is under 5 or under i think 16 they have a duty of care, human rights Act 1998 etc etc, so head back home to the rights that protect you.

Is there anyone that could put you up until you can get housing sorted?
