to cut a long story short i have 3dd's with exp youngest being 5 weeks eldest being 3, throughout our relationship he was verbually/physically/mentally/emotionally asbusive towards me. we split in feb 2009 before our second dd was born cause of violence and i fled. in march 2009 our 2dd was born, i let him be part of the birth and him helping when she was 1st born but 2 days after she was born he was arrested for battery against me and resisting arrest for hitting out at me whilst holding our other 16 month old daughter at the time his exact words for his actions then was because i ignored him and he called social services as dds werent in routine. Anyways he and his mother persuaded me to drop charges which i did. As for our relationship was over i still let him come round and see the dds. In august 2009 i took him back on presumptions he told me he was having anger management, counselling for his gambling. in this time i became pregnant with our 3rd dd i genuinely believed him as he was calling me up after each session telling me how it went i soon realise his behaviour hasnt changed at all and how he lied about everything i decided to end the relationship for good in november last year he werent very happy about this as he knew i meant it and wont be under his control anymore, it was at this point when he knew i wouldnt take him back that he threatened my family and smashed my back door window down (luckly dds were asleep) i called the police and mange to get a non-molestation order against him. which he has broken on many occasions but police drop it all due to lack of evidence. Exp sees dds at a contact centre fortnightly due to his behaviour (he is emotionally unstable he punched a wall as i wouldnt let him in my home and resulting him breaking his hand and cutting himself with a knife) and as he never had the children on his own. The injunction has ended now and my solictor wont renew it as its passed its finishing date and she has no evidence to base to try and get a new injunction issued. Even though the police has given me a panic mobile alarm recently just had to move as well as exp has said when injunction ends he going to start coming round again and also police has advised me to get another injunction issued. surely this is enough evidence?? im in court this months currently to get a residence order and my exp is taking me to court for unsupervised access. The big blow today is that i found out that my solictor is in actually good friends with my exp and his friends its 2nd time i changed solictors and due in court middle of august so its not going to give me enough time to actually change solictors in that 3 week. I just feel im trying to do my best for my children and not exceeding. Whethers with my solictors i havent a clue whether she is still keeping a professional standard with me and against one of her really good friends my exp or actually going back telling him everything. Any advice would really be helpful.
