hi, my exp has taken me through court system about access and finances for 3 years now. it has been the hardest experience in terms of keeping strong. i found out on monday that he is not getting access to dd and this is a final decision!!! i doubted the system so many times but am so relieved. the last couple of nights i have had the best sleep in years. so all you women out there don't give up if you are fighting access against abusive ex-partners - i thought of giving up so many times, moving abroad because i was so scared; but positive can come out of negative.
