Are others seeing duplicate TfL charges and refunds for incomplete journeys?

Anyone else experiencing this? I have started checking my bank statement and my TFL account. Lots of refunds pending for uncompleted journeys so I am now meticulous about touching in and touching out. But even so it continues. Last week I have been charged twice for a journey ( that’s pending but if money goes out of my account I’ll have to contact TFL). Wondering if it’s a common problem or not.

Yes. No idea what is going on but it's ruining my expenses claims.

I don’t understand it either and it makes je wonder if the overcharging has been going on fir a while before I realised it ☹️

You can contact customer service and they will refund you the difference.

No duplicate charges here but they have stopped emailing the statements without notice

Thank you @ThePearlMoose . That’s good, but also worrying that errors are happening frequently. I wonder how widespread it is and if lots of people are oblivious of being over charged. I only realised because I’ve started claiming back for work related journeys ( never used to bother) and that made me log into my TFL account .
