London date night

Very rare occurrence of being able to get childcare planned in for one night this summer.

Want to surprise my DH with a trip to London for a meal out, then drinks somewhere and a night in a hotel. Any suggestions for any/all three of those please? No budget, ideally somewhere we can get a bit dressed up as it's such a rare and special occasion!

I live in London so rarely stay in hotels but my colleagues stay here and love it - https://www.kimptonfitzroylondon.com/. The bar is really nice too.

The Kimpton Fitzroy in Russel Square is lovely with a lovely bar.

The Hoxton Southwark is lovely with Seabird restaurant upstairs (with oyster/champagne bar), also love The Bloomsbury Hotel, which has the Coral Room bar and Dalloway Terrace attached, used to stay at The Mondrian in Shoreditch which was amazing with their rooftop pool but it’s part of Virgin Hotel’s now and not been since it changed hands. Another restaurant I love is Campania just off Columbia Rd. Enjoy!
