Hi. I’m a FTB living and working in London. I commute both to the city and to west London. My budget is 475k and was wondering what areas of London you suggest that are safe for a mid-late twenties girl. At the moment, I’ve mainly looked into Balham and Clapham due to the good commute times and access to green space but was wondering if there are other areas in London that I am overlooking.
