Restaurant with good lobster dishes in London

Does anyone have good recommendations of nice lobster dishes at a London restaurant?
It's for a special occasion soon so not fussed about cost. I don't necessarily want just a grilled lobster but for example something like a lobster pie or bisque etc
Somewhere other than the following though please: Scott's, Claridges, Mount St Restaurant and Close Maggiore
And not Chinese cuisine.

I was going to suggest Claridges - their lobster wellington is iconic. Ditto you don’t really get better seafood than in Scott’s. What about The Devonshire? Less fussy but food is fabulous and the atmosphere is always buzzy.

Sorry, just saw you don’t want grilled lobster, so that’ll rule out The Devonshire too.

Maybe ask ChatGPT? It can data scrape menus for you to narrow down your search?
