Recommendations on where to move to

We’re wanting to move somewhere south of London - probably into Kent, Surrey or Sussex but would consider edge of London Boroughs - and looking for recommendations on areas to consider.

Our top consideration for moving is senior schools, we want somewhere with well regarded state senior schools. Ideally non grammar as my eldest is dyslexic so we don’t think grammar would suit her.

Next consideration is commute - somewhere within approx an hour to max an hour and half commute of London Bridge for work.

We have approx £1-£1.2m to spend on an home and would ideally like a four bed detached house with a nice garden.

We want to have a drive around but obviously it’s a bit search area so looking for ideas of areas to check out. Thank you

Tonbridge, whilst there are grammars the other schools are good too, heard good things about Bennet Memorial School, so long as being a church one isn't an issue.

Thanks, I’ve always assumed you could only get in to religious schools if you attend Church?

They’re only allowed to reserve a certain amount of their places. It’s worth investigating.
