Did you mean: thames water got a 3 billion pound loan ! Now it looks like we are paying it back for them with bills reaching over 50 % more ! there trying to tell me my bills gone up by 40 % ! how can this be when my bills gone up from £40 to £ 66 pounds ! They are Lousey at book keeping and we are paying for their bailout not the govern ment ! The ceo should be wearing a mask ! At least dick Turpin wore one ! And then the ceo decides to pay himself a bonus payment ! Shameful ! And of course he sleeps at night smirking in his sleep !

This is hard to stomach ! As we are all suffering the cost of living prices ! This isn’t anything to do with inflation at 3.6% ! There should be a cap on bill rises ! And I just can’t believe that they’ve got away with busting our purses and wallets .We have to budget how income and they don’t have to worry , they just give themselves a pay rise ! Shameful !

You do realise that there are strict negotiations with OFWAT, and those bill increases are agreed and used to fund necessary improvements. Have a look at the Cunliffe report to see the changes coming.
