Activities with 10-months old baby in London?

I'm after some new ideas, secrets, your personal favourites...I've exhausted the obvious ones during these past months, from baby cinema when he was very little to mummy & baby yoga/pilates, we've recently been to (and really enjoyed) Docklands Museum Mudlarks, various baby sensory and baby music classes, concerts for babies, the Young V&A, the Maritime Museum with their children's play areas...

I'm interested in both activities that will be fun for him as well as things for me where I can bring him along, for example, I currently do a weekly exercise class in the park.

Edit to add: area - South/South East/Central London

He’s a baby. He doesn’t need endless "entertainment". You don’t need to organise so many special "activities". He'll be perfectly happy just sitting with you on the floor and building a tower of bricks.

If you want to go to places for yourself, just go, and take him with you in a buggy or carrier. He won’t care whether he’s in St Paul's, the National Gallery, your local library, a greasy spoon or Sainsbury's.

For when he's a bit older but the Army Museum in Chelsea has a really good soft play. It's got some role play bits themed around a mess hall, quartermaster store etc as well as some climbing bits and a 'river' to cross.

Postal museum is always good and there's Corams Fields park for a picnic or a play in the sand.

At 10 months I wish I'd taken DS to more of the places I wanted to go to because now at 3 there's a whole load of mind games, sticker bribery and negotiation involved in getting him to come with me to something I want to do.
