What is Belsize/Hampstead/Gospel Oak like to live in?

Me and my 13 year old daughter are thinking of moving to this area, but wondering what its like to live in? She's creative/alternative/into drama - I'm in my 30's, looking for similar people or more connection than can be found in some parts of London. We currently live in Battersea so any comparisons between the two would also help.
Thanks so much!

It’s lovely. Come on up the hill, you won’t regret it

Expensive! But if you can afford it, go for it. My friend lives in Primrose Hill & loves it. Celebrities abound.

Of those hampstead and primrose are my faves.

Its glorious super convenient for everything.

Lived in both primrose and hampstead for a few years.

Hampstead village (not West Hampstead) and Belsize Park- absolutely lovely. Very expensive. Hampstead in particular now feels as if it's 90% American bankers, and the other 10% are French bankers 😂 That said, I would live there like a shot if I had a spare £5m.

Gospel Oak and the southerly bits of Hampstead over that way- still very nice and a bit more reasonable. I would say fairly similar to Battersea- lots of families looking for proximity to green space. Lots going on and plenty of creative/alternative stuff.

West Hampstead aka Kilburn- it's fine. A fair bit cheaper and not quite as chichi.
