Can anyone recommend which would be the better out of the two or what either have to offer? She is 13 1/2 and very creative and alternative. I cannot work out which would have more to offer for her/more places to hang out/similar people? Any help much appreciated!

I grew up in Battersea, and vote Belsize Park.

I live in Belsize Park and vote BP. Why is a 13 year old going to either? Isn’t she a bit young to leave home?

We're in Primrose Hill and would vote BP. Transport links are great, you've got Camden Arts Centre, Roundhouse and Wac Arts nearby which all have great creative outreach for teens, shopping at Camden Town, easy access to central, liberal state schools, some arty private schools too.

@IbizaToTheNorfolkBroads @Ketzele @MaybeNotBob @NoBots @Davros Thanks so much all! Can you give me any information as to why? And why not Battersea? Would be so much appreciated right now

It's a cool, arty place, near other cool arty places. It has a great vibe. Good transport links.

Battersea, not so much. Very try-hard, people there want it to be like Belsize Park, but it's not.

First of all, Battersea is south of the river 😹
BP and hampstead really benefit from being up on a hill. It’s feel much less urban than its location should. Being on Haverstock Hill, looking down the hill into the City and seeing St Paul’s is amazing. They used to escape up here to flee the fire, plague or watch the Houses of Parliament blow up (or not)!

Definitely Belsize Park. One of my favourite areas in London.
