Stranger Things: The First Shadow - should I watch?

DH and I really like Stranger Things and he really wants to see the play. I'd like too as well. But, I'm super jumpy and hate loud noises. Looking at the info, it seems like there's gunfire, explosions etc. For those that have seen it, how loud are we talking? Would I be on edge the whole time?

It’s a brilliant show. The effects are truly amazing, but, yes, there will be a few scenes that are likely to make you jump/gasp. I absolutely loved it and do thoroughly recommend it 👌🏻

It’s brilliant. You might jump a bit (I did) but it is so so good you don’t want to miss it. We loved it.
