This seems like a lovely school, but there have been so many changes in leadership it seems (with another one on the horizon). Are there any parents who can share what their experiences have been like, and whether the high turnover in leadership has negatively impacted things?

It has a reputation locally of being a nice, gentle school. But I'm a long way from having school kids as DD is 21. There's also The Village School, Sarum Hall and St Margarets
